It is the first in her Tommy & Tuppence series about two accidental blackmailers turned detectives.

- 2nd Annual Cemetery Tour of Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon presented by Oak Hill Cemetery Association, Boone County Historical Society and the Lebanon Public Library (104 E. Washington St. Lebanon, IN 46052). Proceeds go towards preservation of historic Powell Chapel. Tours at 9 - 11 am and 1 - 3 pm. Tickets are $5.00 each, available at the Library (765.482.3460). Walking tour will begin at E. Main Street Entrance. Tickets for walking tour available the day of event. Riding tour will leave library at 8:45 am and 12:45 pm. - Informational session for Miss Outstanding Teen pageant for potential contestants, parents and volunteers at 7 pm at Zionsville's Town Hall. The Miss Outstanding Teen pageant winner will be crowned on Saturday, September 10, 2011 as part of Zionsville Fall Festival. In order to apply, girls must be between the ages of 13 and 17 and live in Boone County. Additional restrictions and information will be available soon. The winner of this pageant will compete in Zionsville for the state title of Miss Indiana's Outstanding Teen during Summer 2012. The winner of that event competes for the national title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen. Areas of judging include: Personal Interview, Talent, Evening Wear, Activewear, and Scholastic Achievement. Fall Festival's Outstanding Teen will also receive scholarship funds as a result of winning the competition. The pageant is sponsored by the Youth Enhancement and Training Initiative, Inc. (YETI). - 3rd Annual Zionsville Fire Department Golf Outing & 19th Hole After-Party Celebration at the Zionsville Golf Course beginning at 2pm. The "19th Hole After-Party Celebration," sponsored by the Texas Roadhouse will follow the golf outing from 5:30-10pm. Public welcome! Pre-Sale tickets are available for 19th Hole After-Party portion of the event for $15 each. There will also be games, prizes, a silent auction & more! Both events are to benefit the Zionsville Fire Department and the "Larry K. Rust Memorial Scholarship Fund" in celebration of the life of Firefighter Larry Rust who lost his battle with cancer during the summer of 2008. The golf outing is open to the first 144 registrants and is offered in two, 9-hole sessions. It is a Florida scramble format. - Red, White, and Blues! from 6-9 pm in downtown Lebanon on the Square. In its third year, Red, White and Blues! has become a popular festival featuring great music by the Sugar Creek Big Band. Join them this year as they welcome the great jazz and blues music of the Daniel J. Rauscher Quintet! In addition to great music, local artists join together to display their work in the beautiful courthouse rotunda. Enjoy great food by local vendors and wine tasting hosted by the Mallow Run Winery. - Swimming & A Movie @ Lebanon Memorial Pool - The Lebanon Parks Department and Lebanon Public Library are partnering to do swimming and a movie, Goonies, at the Lebanon Memorial Park Pool. Swimming is from 7-9 pm, and movie begins at dusk. Bring your swimsuit, a lawn chair or blanket, dry clothes, and some snacks. The cost is $1 per person. This movie is sponsored by the Lebanon Parks Department. - Lebanon High School Music Boosters Annual Steak Fry at Lebanon Memorial Park from 5 - 7 pm in the large shelter house. The menu includes rib eye sandwiches, hot dogs, baked beans, applesauce and desserts. Steak sandwich combo meals are $8. A concert by the LHS Tiger Pride and the Boone County Community Band will begin at 7 pm. Proceeds from this event will go to support the Lebanon High School band program.
