- Boone County Landmarks Preservation, Inc. - meets the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm at the Lebanon Public Library. "Working to save our historic structures."
- Community Bingo the 4th Tuesday of each month at Hickory Creek at Lebanon. The public is welcome. Refreshments and prizes for all. Games begin at 2:30 pm.

- Community Farmers' Market every Saturday Morning (indoors during the winter) at the Thorntown Heritage Museum (124 West Main Street, Thorntown) from 8:30-Noon. Open All Year - free admission. - Yoga Classes at the Sugar Creek Art Center lead by Faith Revell at 7:30pm. Faith draws upon her studies with a number of local and national instructors to present a class that allows each participant to integrate yoga into their life at their comfort level. Classes are paced for beginners and focused on stretching, mobility, and relaxation. Yoga is a positive experience for all ages, all genders, and all levels of ability. - "Journey to Adoption: Building a Roadmap" from 8am-5pm at St Luke's UMC (100 W 86th St, Indianapolis). A coalition of 16 Indiana adoption service providers presents a day long conference for those considering adoption or foster care of a child born in the US or another country, for those already parenting in adoption, and for others touched by adoption, including birthparents, adult adoptees and extended family members. A total of 66 workshops will be offered, of which each registrant may attend seven. Lunch is included in registration fee ($25 single, $35 parenting couple). Pre-registration is required! - Glory Bound! A Celebration of Traditional Spirituals at 3:30 pm Centenary United Methodist Church (910 Fordice Rd in Lebanon). Presented by the combined choirs of Centenary UMC and Bethel UMC (Indianapolis), this concert is a spiritual journey through the rich history of our nation and a musical tradition that still impacts church music and popular music today. - Beginning Rosemaling Class from 8:30am-4:30pm in the Commons at Sugar Creek Art Center (127 S. Pearl St., Thorntown). Registration for the class is $40 which includes instruction, bentwood box, patterns, paint, and some basic supplies. Registration does not include two brushes (#4 flat and #1 liner) which may be purchased from the instructor or prior to the class at any art or hobby store. Students are asked to wear comfortable clothing and bring a brown bag lunch, some basic cleaning supplies and an apron or "painting shirt." Unfortunately, he has his eye on debutante Patricia Bingham. Tom's grades start to slip, which could keep him from playing in the big game. Connie eventually finds out that Tom really loves her and devises a plan to win him back and to get him back on the field. Hijinx and fun abound in this family-friendly production. Songs include "The Best Things In Life Are Free", "Button Up Your Overcoat", "You're The Cream In My Coffee" and "Keep Your Sunny Side Up". Tickets are available from any cast member and are priced at $5.00 for students and senior citizens and $6.00 for adults. Showtimes are 7PM on the 17th &18th and 2PM on the 19th.

All proceeds go to People To People Stundent Ambassador Programs to send a Zionsville Middle School Student to travel with them to Australia. Cost is $6 per person. - Medicaid Transportation Program - Boone County Senior Services, Inc. will present a program to residents and the community at 1:30 pm at Crawford Manor Apartments (5340 W. 96th Street on the campus of the Hoosier Village Retirement Center in Zionsville). The program will cover the new Medicaid guidelines on reimbursement of transportation charges. If you are a Medicaid recipient, this program will offer valuable information. Hasan Davis will present on "Empowering Our Community" and Dr. George Parker will present on "Sex Offenders and our Community" - both are dynamic speakers! Youths representing all three high schools will offer a view of teen issues from their perspective and there will be an update on drug usage in our community. (THINK CSI) He has degrees from PU in Industrial Management, College Student Personnel, and has taught environmental; science courses and medical technology. He has been very active on campus being the advisor to Lambda Tau, Theta Xi, and the weightlifting club. He is a Faculty Fellow for Harrison Hall, chair of the ROTC Military Hall of Fame, and on the PAA Board of directors. - "Scrappin' Saturday" sponsored by the Jackson Township Historical Society from 9am - 5pm at the Jamestown United Methodist Church (at the corner of High and Jefferson Streets in Jamestown). Plans include lots of door prizes, a 4 foot work space per person, a free "Make-It-and- Take-It" for each person, and a "Creative Memories" consultant available for ideas and items for purchase. Bring a page or scrapbook for display and be entered in a special drawing. Food items available for purchase include chile, veggie soup, ham sandwiches, desserts, and drinks. There is a limit of 40 people. Cost is $20. Be one of the first 10 to register and receive a special gift. Pre-register before March 10 and receive 5 free extra door prize tickets.
