Parent Support Group for High Ability Children Meeting

Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 6:30 pm in Lebanon Middle School Seminar Room

Carla Overdahl, Parent Network Advisor for the Indiana Association for the Gifted Board, will speak. Refreshments will be served and childcare is available.

All parents with students identified as high ability in grades 2 through 12 in all of the Lebanon schools, teachers and administrators, or those interested in learning more about high ability programs are invited.

The Parent Support Group for High Ability Children is committed to supporting the advancement of high ability programs offered throughout the Lebanon Community School System. This group has recently been formed and will build upon the foundation started by P.A.G.E. Activities include working with the administration and Broad Based Planning Committee to provide feedback and foster ideas for programs/curriculum, providing education and awareness to all parents about the resources and programs available for high ability children, and fundraising. Quarterly meetings will be held to provide educational opportunities to parents, teachers and administrators on relevant topics. For more information, please contact Paula Hudson at 765-482-9760.
