The Boone County Healthy Coalition was formed through funding from a CDC grant to the State of Indiana.
The funding was used to implement a “Public Healthy System Quality Improvement Program” review in Boone County to measure the counties’ performance in the ten essential public health services.
Boone County scored lowest in Essential Service #4 “Mobilize Community Partnerships to Identify and Solve Health Problems.”
Next Meeting
Wednesday, February 6, 2013 - The next Boone County Healthy Coalition Meeting will be at 11 am in Witham's North Pavilion Community Room.
