Features beloved Charlie Brown, Lucy, Linus, Schroeder, Peppermint Patty, and the ever-cool Snoopy. Family entertainment. Times are: August 2, 2002 at 7:30 pm, ant August 3, 2002 at 7:30 pm. - All-You-Can Eat Pancake Breakfast sponsored by the Jackson Township Historical Society and the Jamestown Volunteer Fire Department from 7:30 - 10:30 am at the Jamestown Fire Station. Adults - $5, children ages 4 to 12 - $3, children age 3 and under eat for free. The Tri-Area Library is also sponsoring Chris Wright, WTHR Channel 13 weatherman, who will be on hand to sign copies of his new mystery novel, Rockabye Baby. The historical society will use money raised from the event to replace the ceiling in the Jamestown Press Building and the fire department will buy equipment. Start your weekend with a delicious breakfast with family and friends and help local groups at the same time!

- American Indian Council, Inc. 20th Annual Traditional Pow Wow and John Deer 16th Annual Memorial Craft Contest
- Boone County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day from 9 am - 2 pm at the Lebanon Street Department, 1301 Lafayette Avenue in Lebanon.
- Easy Breast Feeding Class from 9:00 am - 12 noon at the Witham Maternity Center, 2505 N. Lebanon Street, Suite 208, Lebanon. Breast feeding is normal and natural, but it's learned as well as instinctive. Help is often needed to make mothers feel comfortable and relaxed so that they can comfortably breast feed their baby. This class is available for expectant and new mothers who would like to learn more about breast feeding. Call 765-482-8693 to register for this free class.
- "Sharing Your Faith" by author Bruce Bickel at First Presbyterian Church in Lebanon at 7:00pm. Bickel will discuss his book "Bruce and Stan's Guide to Sharing Your Faith". Bickel will also speak the next day at FPC's Worship Service at 10:30am. Bickel has written over 30 books with partner Stan Jantz, with over 2 million copies sold. The public is invited to attend. Prenatal Educator, Angi Kerr, R.N., will cover various topics ranging from breathing techniques to delivery options. Birth Choices is open to all expectant mothers, including those experienced parents who would like a "refresher" course on childbirth options.
