OASIS
Older Adult Service and Information System (OASIS) offers a variety of enrichment activities for active persons age 55 and older. The program includes educational and special interest classes, cultural outings and health/fitness activities. Basic needs such as food, housing, utility assistance and transportation. IN211 Centers maintain databases with thousands of resources to meet a variety of needs. Most wireless phone customers do not yet have access to 2-1-1, but IN211 hopes to offer wireless access in 2005. WHAT IS INDIANA 211- A nonprofit organization that works with many partners and relies on financial support from Cinergy Foundation, United Ways, Indiana State Department of Health, Indiana Family and Social Services Administration, other funders and individual donors.
